Terms of Service

If you wish to purchase a commission from me, feel free to reach out on any of my social media accounts or my discord (joltzdrawz)Please include a SFW reference sheet or a SFW picture if you wish to use an already existing character, I am open to helping design a character if needed as wellI primarily accept payment through PayPal, but I also accept other forms of payment as well if neededI will give updates major progress to see if there is anything you’d like to be changedI both work and go to school, so my schedule can be rather hectic at times. I do try to finish commissions as soon as possible, but it still may take a while for me to do so due to events in my personal life. I do try my best to have them finished in at least a month (usually does not take that long)Once a commission has been started I will not be able to offer a refund, however if the commission hasn’t been started I will still be able to issue one. If I’m unable to draw a character or complete a commission a refund will also be issuedIf you have any more questions that weren’t answered here, feel free to reach out and ask!
